Do you do customized boxes?
Yes! This year we are introducing our YET boxes, which allow you choose whatever vegetables you would like to see in your weekly delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
The delivery fee is included in the price of the products. Take note that there is a $50 box deposit only on the YET boxes. This will be refunded if the box and dry ice packets are returned at the end of your deliveries.
Do you deliver to other places not listed on the delivery schedule?
Yes, we do! If you do not live within or nearby the places listed on the delivery schedule, then contact us and we can make arrangements to accommodate your location. (Depending on location, an additional fee may be added to cover a portion of mileage and fuel)
Are you certified organic?
No, however, we are in the process of becoming certified organic and take pride in our organic practices. We do not use synthetic fertilizers and carry out natural methods to control weeds and pests. Feel free to contact us for more information on our practices.
Will you be at farmers markets?
No. We believe in order to provide our customers with the freshest vegetables possible it is best to focus our efforts and service to our online customers. This way, we can eliminate produce waste and uphold our freshness guarantee.
Do you do any farm tours?
Currently, we do not offer any regulated farm tours. However, if you are interested in coming out, we would be happy to show you around. Send us an email in advance and we will try and make it happen!
What about refunds?
Yes! Since the weather does not always cooperate with the gardening season, there may be products that you won't receive. If this is happens, we will be happy to refund you accordingly OR provide you with another option (limited to produce). Customers will be notified of a stock shortage ASAP.
